A major advantage is the wide applicability of the LTC-process to various input-materials, which are available in the region, do not require decentralised pre-treatment and in many cases even cause problems regarding waste removal.
The smallest LTC-plant is designed to process 1 ton input – material per hour which equals 7.500 tons per year. Big plants for municipal solid waste or lignite process 50 tons per hour and more.
