2024
2024 was a pivotal year for our development. Together with Eisenmann Environmental Technology GmbH and the University of St Andrews in Scotland, we started the construction of our ACA demonstration plant for catalytic gas cracking in June 2023. Thanks to innovative ECET token financing and the support of numerous small and medium-sized investors (coordinated by EverCraft ltd, Ireland), we were able to realise this ambitious project – at the BioG site in Utzenaich, Austria.
Together with Eisenmann Umwelttechnik, we have since overcome numerous technical challenges. A great success: since August 2024, we have been producing MWCNT (Multi-Walled Carbon Nanotubes) in every test run with above-average results, as confirmed by the university.
News for 2025
In 2025 we will continue our determined way. Since January 2025, we have been optimising the ACA demonstration plant to refine the process and enable continuous production. An important milestone: by the middle of the year, we want to adapt the plant for CO₂ splitting in order to obtain additional CNTs from the CO2 separated from BioG’s biogas.
